01 What is included in the care plans?
Each care plan includes a combination of primary care visits, tele-health visits, yearly preventative visit, yearly baseline labs + acute care visits.
02 Can I upgrade my care plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Simply contact our support team, and they will assist you with the transition to a higher-tier plan.
03 Can I enroll in a care plan and also use my health insurance?
You cannot combine a care plan and also utilize your private health insurance. Although, many of the diagnostic tests and prescriptions that are ordered on your behalf, may be covered by your insurance.
04 What kind of support is available via email & phone?
Depending on your plan, you can receive email and phone support from our providers. This support provides guidance, advice, and answers to any questions you may have.
05 Do I have access to any of the optional services provided by Med Sesh?
Absolutely! All DPC and Insurance patients may elect to receive any of the optional services provided by Med Sesh + enjoy them with a 10% discount.
06 Is there a minimum timeframe that I have to commit to a care plan?
All care plans require a six month commitment for new members. After six months, care plans’s convert to month-to-month, and are cancellable at anytime, with 30 days notice given.
